Steps

  1. Your customers' data belongs to you; Lowmark stores and processes it on your behalf (Data Processing Terms).
  2. Ask customers only for what you need, and keep health or other sensitive details to the minimum (Acceptable Use Policy).
  3. Tell customers how you use their details. Your website's booking page is covered by your own privacy notice as well as Lowmark's (Privacy Policy).
  4. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data & privacy.
