What businesses may and may not do with Lowmark, and what happens when the rules are broken.

1. Content you may not publish

  • Anything illegal in Kuwait or where your customers are, including content that offends public morals or religion, or that is defamatory, threatening or hateful.
  • Offers of goods or services that are illegal or require a licence you do not hold, including alcohol, drugs, weapons, gambling, counterfeit goods, and unlicensed medical, financial or legal services.
  • Sexual or adult content.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including photos you do not have permission to use.
  • False or misleading claims: fake reviews or testimonials, invented awards, prices that differ from what you charge, or pretending to be another business or person.
  • Personal data of other people published without their permission.
  • Malware, phishing pages, or links designed to deceive.

2. Things you may not do

  • Access, or try to access, another business's workspace or data, or any part of Lowmark you are not permitted to use.
  • Probe, scan or test Lowmark's security without our written permission. Report vulnerabilities to support@lowmark.co instead; we welcome responsible reports.
  • Overload Lowmark, get around rate limits, or use bots or scrapers against Lowmark or businesses' pages.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages to customers, or use customer data for purposes they did not agree to.
  • Collect sensitive data your business does not need, such as full medical histories, identity card numbers or payment card numbers, through Lowmark forms or notes.
  • Share accounts, sell access, or resell Lowmark without a written agreement with us.
  • Use Lowmark to take bookings or payments for a business other than your own without authority.

3. What we do about breaches

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove or hide content, unpublish a website, limit features, suspend or close an account, and report illegal activity to the competent authorities. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem; we act immediately where there is a risk of harm, fraud or legal liability.
