The service
Lowmark provides bilingual websites, booking and request flows, workspace operations, team access, and first-party reporting for service businesses. Lowmark does not process customer card payments.
Accounts and access
The account owner is responsible for accurate information, individual staff accounts, and appropriate permissions. Passwords and activation links must not be shared outside the intended user.
Merchant responsibility
The merchant controls its customer-facing wording, prices, availability, policies, lawful use of customer data, and the accuracy of services or products it publishes.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The selected plan, billing cadence, and period end are shown in Settings. An owner can cancel renewal without losing access before the displayed period end. Business data enters the stated recoverable deletion period after access ends or deletion is requested.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lowmark to break the law, mislead customers, upload content without rights, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to another workspace.
Changes and availability
Lowmark is under active development. Material commercial terms, service commitments, liability limits, governing law, and the contracting legal entity must be completed before paid launch.
