What your customers see when they book

The steps customers go through on your booking page, waitlist and status pages, so you can explain them.

Steps

Customers open your website, links page or a QR code and press your booking button.
They choose what they want (a service, visit type, party size or items), then a date and a free time. Only times your people, rooms or tables are free are offered.
They enter their name and their mobile number or email, plus anything you ask (for example an occasion or a note), and send the request.
They see a confirmation and, if email is on, receive a booking email. Their status page updates when you confirm, reschedule or complete the booking.
Walk-ins who scan the queue QR enter their name and mobile and follow their place in line on their phone.

Names as they appear on screen.
Book / Reserve / Request (your button)	Starts the booking.
Party size, date and time choices	Only available options are shown.
Your name / Your mobile number / Email	How you reach them. A booking needs an email or a valid Kuwaiti mobile number.
Continue / Send request	Moves through the steps and sends the booking.
Join the waitlist	Joins your live queue.

Customers never see your workspace. Their details are shown only to your team members whose job needs them.
