Cookie Notice

Every cookie and browser storage item Lowmark uses, and why. No advertising or third-party tracking.

  • Lowmark uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
  • The cookies we use sign you in. The browser storage we use remembers your language and counts visits without identifying you.

1. Cookies

  • lowmark_session: keeps a business owner or manager signed in to the workspace. Secure, HttpOnly (page scripts cannot read it). Ends when you sign out or the session expires.
  • lowmark_staff_session: keeps a team member signed in to their staff page. Same protections.

These cookies are strictly necessary: Lowmark cannot sign you in without them, so they do not require consent.

2. Browser storage

  • lowmark-locale (local storage): remembers whether you chose English or Arabic.
  • lowmark-design-restore:<business> (local storage): lets an owner undo the last change of website design on this device.
  • lowmark-public-analytics-session (session storage): a random identifier for the current visit, deleted when the tab closes. Our server stores only a one-way hash of it, so visits can be counted without knowing who you are.
  • lowmark-event:… (session storage): stops the same page view or booking step from being counted twice in one visit.
  • lowmark-first-touch-v1 (session storage): remembers where this visit to lowmark.co came from until you sign up, then is deleted when the tab closes.

3. Your choices

You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you block the sign-in cookies, you will not be able to sign in. Blocking browser storage does not stop Lowmark from working; the language choice will simply not be remembered.

If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
