Export your data or delete your business

Download customers, bookings and inventory at any time, and how deletion of a business or account works.

Where: Settings → Data & privacy

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Data & privacy.
  2. Press Export customers, Export bookings or Export inventory. Each downloads a spreadsheet (CSV) for this workspace only.
  3. To close the business, open Request business deletion, enter the Owner password, type DELETE BUSINESS and press Schedule deletion. Access stops and the business is deleted after 30 days, during which it can be recovered.
  4. To delete your own account, first transfer or delete every business you solely own, then open Request account deletion, enter your password, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and press Schedule account deletion.

Good to know

Export first. After the 30-day recovery period the data is deleted; copies in backups expire within 30 days more.

To recover a business during the 30 days, contact support.
