Subscriptions and Refunds

1. Free trial

New businesses can use Lowmark free for 14 days. No payment details are needed to start. When the trial ends without a plan, the workspace is locked: the owner can still sign in, choose a plan, export data and contact support, and the public website may be taken offline until a plan is active.

2. Plans and prices

• Monthly: 9.999 KWD, billed every month.
• Yearly: 99.999 KWD, billed once a year (equal to 8.333 KWD a month).

Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars. If a tax becomes payable on a plan, it will be shown before you pay. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to account owners; a new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

3. How payment works

Choosing a plan in Settings → Billing sends us a request, and the Lowmark team arranges payment with you and activates the plan. When online card payment is offered, it will be handled by the payment provider named at checkout; Lowmark will not store card numbers.

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. If payment is not received, we may limit or lock the workspace until it is.

4. Cancelling

An owner can cancel renewal at any time in Settings → Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and we confirm the date by email. After that date the workspace is locked as described for the trial, and data is kept as set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds

• Payments are for a whole period and are not refunded for unused days after cancelling, except where this policy or the law says otherwise.
• If we charge you in error, write to support@lowmark.co within 30 days and we will refund the amount charged in error.
• If we end your plan for reasons other than your breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of the period on a pro-rata basis.
• Refunds are paid by the method used to pay, within 14 business days of approval.
