QR codes and customer links

Make a link or printable QR code that opens exactly the right page: booking, menu, waitlist, your website, a booking's status, or a one-time check-in.

Where: Work → Customer links & QR (named Booking link & QR, Request link & QR, Care request link, Entry links & QR or Catalog & order links for other businesses)

Steps

  1. Open the QR tool from Work.
  2. Choose what the code should open (for example Booking page, Menu page, Join the queue, Public website).
  3. For Booking status or One-time check-in, select the booking, and the guest and expiry are filled in.
  4. Press Generate QR. Press Download QR to print it, or Copy link to share it.
  5. Secure link history lists status and check-in links. Press Revoke to stop a link working.

Codes open customer pages only; they never show your workspace.
