Booking statuses and buttons: Restaurant & hospitality

Every status on the Host view, the button that moves a booking to it, and the order they come in.

Every button and what it does

Names as they appear on screen.
Confirm	Moves the booking to “Confirmed” and updates the customer's status page.
Mark arrived	Moves the booking to “Arrived” and updates the customer's status page.
Seat guest	Moves the booking to “Seated” and updates the customer's status page.
Complete visit	Moves the booking to “Completed” and updates the customer's status page.
Cancel reservation	Moves the booking to “Cancelled” and updates the customer's status page.
Requested (status)	Where every new request from your website or a QR code starts.
Confirmed (status)	Reached with the “Confirm” button.
Arrived (status)	Reached with the “Mark arrived” button.
Seated (status)	Reached with the “Seat guest” button.
Completed (status)	Reached with the “Complete visit” button.
Cancelled (status)	Reached with the “Cancel reservation” button.

Staff only see the buttons their job allows. Every change is recorded in the booking's status history.
