The one menu: categories, dishes, photos and labels

Write your menu once. It powers your website's Menu page, the menu QR code and Work.

Steps

  1. Open Work → Menu. Press Add category and name it in English and Arabic (for example Starters / مقبلات).
  2. Press Add item (or Add first item) in the category. Enter the name, description, price in KWD and dietary note in both languages.
  3. Add a photo with Add image. Give it a label customers see (Best seller, New, Chef’s pick, Spicy, Limited time, or Your own…) and mark it Featured if it should stand out.
  4. Switch off Available today to hide a dish for today; it stays saved.
  5. Choose a Customer menu layout: Editorial, Visual grid or Compact list.
  6. Press Save menu, then publish from Website so customers see it. Download the Menu QR for your tables.

Every button and what it does

Names as they appear on screen.
Add category · Category in English / اسم القسم بالعربيةA menu section.
Add item / Add first itemAdds a dish or drink to the category.
Name in English / الاسم بالعربية · Description in English / الوصف بالعربيةThe dish in both languages.
Price (KWD)The price. Leave empty for no price.
Dietary note in English / المعلومة الغذائية بالعربيةFor example vegetarian, contains nuts.
Available todayHidden items stay saved but disappear for customers.
Featured itemGives the dish stronger visual priority.
None / Best seller / New / Chef’s pick / Spicy / Limited time / Your own…The label customers see on the dish.
Add image / Replace imageThe dish photo.
Move up / Move down / Duplicate / Hide from menuOrder, copy or hide the dish.
Put back on menu / Delete for goodFor hidden dishes: restore, or remove permanently.
Editorial / Visual grid / Compact listHow the menu looks on your website. Your dishes don't change.
See it on your websiteOpens the Menu page in the website editor.
Save menuSaves the menu draft.
New category · N items / New item · No price · AvailableA category or dish you just added, before you name and price it.
Customer previewShows the menu as customers see it.
Menu QR · Download QRA QR code guests scan to open the menu.

You can also edit dishes directly on your website's Menu page in the editor.
