Billing: your trial, plans and cancelling

Choose monthly or yearly, see your renewal date, and cancel renewal. Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars.

Where: Settings → Billing (or the trial badge at the top)

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Billing. Your trial or plan and its end date are shown.
  2. Choose 1 month (9.999 KWD, billed every month) or 12 months (99.999 KWD, 8.333 KWD a month, save 19.989 KWD a year).
  3. Press Continue with yearly plan (or the monthly one). The Lowmark team contacts you to arrange payment and activates the plan.
  4. To stop renewing, cancel renewal from Billing. You keep access until the date shown and we confirm it by email.

Good to know

When a trial or plan ends, the workspace is locked but you can still sign in, choose a plan, export data and contact support. See Subscriptions and Refunds for refunds.
