Use Lowmark in Claude or ChatGPT

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app about your bookings and numbers, or to refresh your website. You approve the connection, website changes wait as a draft, and you can disconnect any time.

Where: Settings → AI apps

Steps

  1. Open Settings → AI apps and choose your app: Claude, ChatGPT or Other apps.
  2. Claude: press “Add Lowmark to Claude”. Claude opens with Lowmark filled in; press Add, then Connect. It works on every Claude plan, including Free, and then also in the Claude phone app.
  3. ChatGPT: for now it needs a paid plan. Turn on Developer Mode in ChatGPT's settings, add a new MCP app named Lowmark, paste the Lowmark address (Copy address) and choose OAuth sign-in.
  4. Lowmark opens and shows what the app asks for. Untick “Also allow it to change the website draft” if you want it to only read. Press Allow.
  5. Back in Lowmark the app appears under Connected apps. Press “Try in Claude” (or ChatGPT) on any example to open the app with that request typed.
  6. Website changes appear in your editor as a draft. Customers see them only after you press Publish. Ask the app to “undo that”, or change it back in the editor.

Good to know

An AI app can never publish, delete, take payments, message customers or change your team.

Only people who manage the workspace's settings can connect an app. If they leave or sign out everywhere, the app stops working.

What the AI app reads is sent to that app's company and handled under their privacy terms.
