Booking statuses and buttons: Clinics & medical

Every status on the Patient board, the button that moves a booking to it, and the order they come in.

Steps

  1. Requested → Confirmed or Cancelled
  2. Confirmed → Checked in or No-show or Cancelled
  3. Checked in → With the doctor or No-show or Cancelled
  4. With the doctor → Completed

Every button and what it does

Names as they appear on screen.
ConfirmMoves the booking to “Confirmed” and updates the customer's status page.
Check inMoves the booking to “Checked in” and updates the customer's status page.
Start visitMoves the booking to “With the doctor” and updates the customer's status page.
CompleteMoves the booking to “Completed” and updates the customer's status page.
Mark no-showMoves the booking to “No-show” and updates the customer's status page.
CancelMoves the booking to “Cancelled” and updates the customer's status page.
Requested (status)Where every new request from your website or a QR code starts.
Confirmed (status)Reached with the “Confirm” button.
Checked in (status)Reached with the “Check in” button.
With the doctor (status)Reached with the “Start visit” button.
Completed (status)Reached with the “Complete” button.
No-show (status)Reached with the “Mark no-show” button.
Cancelled (status)Reached with the “Cancel” button.

Good to know

Staff only see the buttons their job allows. Every change is recorded in the booking's status history.
