See what a team member sees

Preview any employee's workspace before they start, so you know exactly what their job shows.

Where: Team → View → Preview this employee's workspace

Steps

  1. Open Team, press View on the person, then Preview this employee's workspace.
  2. You see their screen: My shift, their tools and today's work. A Read-only preview banner stays at the top.
  3. Press Exit preview to return.

Names as they appear on screen.
Preview this employee's workspaceOpens their view.
Read-only staff preview / Read-only previewShows what the employee sees.
Exit previewReturns to Team.

Good to know

Preview is available for staff jobs, not for managers or administrators. Host view and Floor inside a preview still act on your real data, so look rather than press.
