Choose or change your business type

Your business type decides the words, designs and tools you see first. Changing it never deletes your website or data.

Where: Settings → Business → Change business type (also on Work and Designs)

Steps

Open Settings and choose Business.
Under Primary business type press Change business type.
Pick the type that describes how you work: Local services, Appointments, Clinics & medical, Restaurant & hospitality, Rentals, Pet care & dog walking, Beauty & wellness, Home services, Coaching & classes, Events & experiences, or Instagram & social shop.
Lowmark reorganises your tools and suggestions. Your brand, pages and records stay as they are.

Names as they appear on screen.
Change business type	Opens the list of business types.
Open Quick Start	Opens the setup steps for the current type.
Manage team	Opens Team to add staff and set their jobs.
Business	The Settings page for your account owner, business type, Quick Start and team access.
Local services / Appointments / Clinics & medical / Restaurant & hospitality / Rentals / Pet care & dog walking / Beauty & wellness / Home services / Coaching & classes / Events & experiences / Instagram & social shop	The business types. Your current type is shown on Home and in Settings.

Designs are shown for your business type first. Designs for other businesses are still available under Designs → Designs for other businesses.
